HELLO!
hahas! it's been a rather loooong week since i've last updated! well well well...the previous week was basically having fun rather than preparing for the long-awaited BT 2! *pray* 0.0
1)Pool @ IRC 11/6/2010
LOL. initially wanted to watch karate kids then...but well, our 'punctuality' speaks it all. hahas. In the end, played pool at IRC with zhixuan, yuyan & mingxian. LOL. 初次与智轩交手...tsk tsk tsk...silent killer. honestly speaking, he can even play pool in the library! 身手敏捷，干净利落...all his strikes are always accompanied by our yellings. LOL. best. haha. reached home @ 1am, as expected.
2)C Camp @ GBC 12-14/6/2010
《珍惜当下，展望未来》
The theme for C camp 2010 @ Girls Brigade Camp. Quite a twist in this year's focal point. Previously, there will be a relatively high coverage on 道场's issue... but this time, its more focus on our personal life, and then let ourselves link it back to applications of 道场! A successful attempt (: Learnt a lot, especially during the campfire, where many related their incidents and of which, fully engraved the theme into my mind.
珍惜，不只限制于思绪上，而更应该体现于行动上。。。这，才叫真正的珍惜。(: Show that you appreciate! ^^
Interesting happenings at the camp! hahas.
Incident 1: We played this game called 'Angel & Mortal', which last throughout the camp, where we are to write our names on individual cards, handled up and then reshuffled, such that we will get a card with someone else's name. Then we are instructed to keep hold of that card, and jot down whatever positive qualities you see in that 'mortal', who will not know who is the 'angel' who jotted down the stuffs. Then there's this guy in my group, who ignorantly, bravely, and audaciously wrote down areas of improvement, which are negative aspects, on it, as encouraged by another. LOL. gg. and wait till you see how regretful that 'angel' was, when he see the expression of the 'mortal' who received his card...lol. disappointed. =X
Incident 2: There's another of this guy in my group, lets call him X. @.@ We were having lunch on the last day, and there's this girl who started eating late, and in the end, was the only one eating when the rest of us are ready to go...
All: 你慢慢吃！我们不赶时间！(:
X: *jokingly* 你好意思的话就慢慢吃吧！hahahahas!
*stares around, waiting for people to laugh with him*
All: *stares*
Girl: *stuffing herself*
X: *stunned* eh! 开玩笑而已！真的开玩笑而已！*panic*
Girl: *ignores, continue stuffing*
X: *gulp*
Then after girl finished...
X: *politely* 真。。.真对不起！刚才真的只是开玩笑而已！
Girl: ?? 哈哈！刚刚我没听到你说什么。。。所以没事啦！(:
X: phew! *relieved...*
LOL. lucky him...

3)Karate Kids @ Lot one
Supposedly wanna watch @ Causeway point...but well, only to realise the tickets are all sold out @.@ Literally rushed down to Lot one, and finally managed to get the tickets. LOL. quite a nice show...able to grab our attention for the whole ~2hrs. highly recommended! ^^
4)World Cup USA:Slovenia @ ZHCC
WOAHS! World cup fever! hahas! wanted to watch the match at Macs...but yea, fully occupied 0.0 made our way down to ZHCC instead. woahs. what an experience watching there. haha. those 'ooh...' 'aiya..' 'tsk...' 'GOOOAAL!' there made the atmosphere uber sensational. hahas! but now, its ok! i can easily watch the matches live through the net! *fwahahaha!*
5)A Team @ Causeway Point & 感恩日 Performance @ TG 20/6/2010
Caught A Team in the afternoon at Causeway Point before proceeding to TG for 感恩日 performance. Felt so stupid. Fooled by Anson and zhixuan...zzz. Anson realised that he dropped his phone inside the cinema, which is real, and he went inside with zhixuan to search for it. then i was like 拼命 spamming calls on his phone, in hope for someone to pick up. they then came out and claimed that no one spotted it, and its gone for good. lol. then at that time, i was kinda suspecting them, coz Anson was like super 镇定, and treat it as if its ok. LOL. then i even asked mingxian whether they are acting, who convinced ourselves that no, its serious this time.LOL. then i just continue spamming calls, till the phone was switched off. zzz. then i forgot all about it, until now, 5mins ago, 2 days later, when i checked with yy den realised we have all been tricked. they have long recovered the phone in the cinema. zzz. don really feel comfortable...don see the need to panic with them next time...被埋在谷里的感觉好难受 T.T suan le! but really, they have good acting skills! hahas! @.@
Up on to 感恩日 performance! LOL. made some tiny mistakes...but still, satisfied on the whole! Great job everyone! ^^ Bringing the performance to Taiwan? hmmms....lets see! =)

food food FOOOOOD...
Went to library to study today! 9-4! As usual...late in meeting jialing. But...today was relatively better and effective for me! but...i doubt its the same case for her...must be the air-conditioning in the library...freezing cold! *brrr...* hahas!
Realised studying is a really strenuous exercise...i always need some food by my side to replenish my energy! >.<
Went out to have lunch with yy. After ordering and settling down on a table...
YY: "eh...没带钱。"
Me: *stunned* "oie! 我只有零钱leh!“
YY: *surprised, not stunned, at the fact that we are in the same state* "一样！(:"
Coffee uncle: "小弟要什么?”
Me & YY: *totally forgot all about our financial problem* "erm...hmmm...teh bing and warm milo ba! *smile*"
After uncle walked off...
Me: *jerked awake* “hoi! 我们够钱meh?"
*Started pouring out our coins and count*
YY: ”不够..."
*Started looking through 'secret compartment' of the wallet*
YY: *flashes a $5*
LOL. Stupid. Actually this is like super normal whenever we went out to eat. But hello, who will be used to such 'thrill'? zzz.
ANYWAY, that's a small incident to spice up my blog though. Nth much happened today...i mean, of course not on a mugging day. lol. NS medical check-up @ CMPB tml! From what i heard, seem to be a suupppper draggy one. Hope i need not go back for additional visit/s though (which some have to for some reasons >.<). Gotta wake up @ 6.30am to leave house for breakfast near there before the traffic starts jamming. Update more on it tml! see' ya, Jiayou! ^^

Urgh! it all happen this fine morning...was happily putting on my monthly contact lens for the 12th times (12 days >.<). And as usual, tried to put on the left one, but failed for a couple of times...supposedly trying to dip the lens into the lens casing that's filled with the solution...BUT. I. PRESSED. IT. SO. HARD. AGAINST. THE. COVER. THAT. IT. SLIT. woahs. zzz. my reaction was like...OMG!? no.I must be dreaming. *wash my face* *check again* GOSH. >.<'''
算了啦！hais. Fortunately I'm spending self-earned money on it. 再看看要不要买多一对吧! >.<
Many have asked..'Why contacts?' Well...firstly, life without glasses is really more comfortable and convenient! You don't have to fear when you take hot and steamy food! you know...the vapour...LOL. but ya, also wanna try too! curiosity ma! hahas. but nvm, let me c how it goes ba! what luck! >.<
Went to school to study. Arranged to meet Christine in school library @ 9am...but hais. Come'on. Look at the weather this morning. Feel it. What a pity if I forsake the time to enjoy it in my cosy bed!!! SO....hahas. left home @ 9 instead. AND, supposed to study in the LIBRARY. but...due to someone's inappropriate attire...zzz. Made me bring my jacket for nothing...and stuffed ourselves @ the study area. >.<...hahas! but ok la, a bit exaggerating, its actually quite cooling at the study area too...just that its so comfy that i slept twice...half an hour each. gosh...waste of time! and and, stole her lunch >.<'''! who ask her to be so generous. didn't know its her lunch! so not entirely my fault! hahas. but ya, didn't really managed to complete all of what i wanted to today though...hope tml will be a better day in the library >.<
AND YA! got a shock of my life! zzz. Mum bought some essence tonic from the chinese medicinal shop, then each of us gulp down without checking the ingredients...
Me: *check ingredients* *shocked* "eh?! MUMMY! 不是素的LEH!”
Mum: *jump out of bed, panicked* “没有阿！那个老板说吃斋的人可以吃!"
Dad: "你读清楚！"
Me: "兔丝子，牛膝，骨碎补..."
Mum：*stunned* "惨了啦!"
Sis: *laughing away* zzz...
BUT....after checking through the net (mind you, whole family gathering behind me while i research for it), then realised its the names of the different herbs. PHEW. 虚惊一场.what a scare. zzz. Those that came up with the names 也是的.zzz. 好取不取...取这种怪怪的名.zzz.
lol. but nevertheless, we learnt a even more important lesson. Do not trust too much in the sellers...this time they may be honest, but who noes? 不怕一万，只怕万一...I don't want all my efforts to go down the drain... >.<'''

我渴望寻回最初的平静。。。
I'm so disappointed with myself.
I thought I could handle with ease and comfort.
I thought I'm mature enough to step into the minefield.
I thought nothing can pull me down.
I thought I am ready.
I thought it is all within my control.
I thought...
我太高估自己了 :(
太多琐事发生...还真考倒了我.
Upon reflection, I found the culprit for all these.
心猿意马 (Unmannered thoughts and distractions)
Actually I long realised its existence and its threat...and yea, complacently, I thought its within my control.
lol. Who knows, it's a subconscious process. Woahs. it sure caught me offguard...
Nevertheless, I AM NOT GONNA LEAVE IT AS IT IS. Must 对症下药！If not, incidents will replay itself. lol.
1) Time to rid myself of inquisitiveness. 多一事不如少一事. I once thought that I can always do something to help others with their problems. But nope! It sometimes will affect me instead. 拿石头砸自己的脚. hahas. Stuffs that are of no value-adding benefit to one or others will be beyond my touch...无益之念勿起，无益之事勿为! (:
2) Stay on track. Self-disciplined. Manner my thoughts and actions. 非礼勿视、非礼勿听、非礼勿动、非礼勿言 (:
3) Manage my impulsivity. Correct my stubborn nature. I once thought that I could differentiate between 固执 and 执着...but nah, I guess I can't...So, back to square one...随缘，接受，放下 (:
4) Brush on my tolerance. I once thought that tolerance is a spontaneous process: I can tolerate others, and assume that others must readily tolerate my intolerance. But no! Its a give and take thing. Its a simultaneous process! hahas! (sound so scientific >.<) Only when I take the first BIG step to tolerate others, will then others slooowly treat you similarly! But what if I can't?...hmmms! Then it must be that I still 看不开! hahas...nevertheless...Friends! That's what you are for right! For 本大爷 to pour my woes! 吃亏 受气 忍耐！(:
5) Be more self-aware and sensitive! No such thing as 不知者无罪! No matter whether I did mean the wrongs I said/did or not, it will still hurt others de! 言者无心 听者有意 too！
SO...hahas! Felt so much better after evualating my problems and then stating the solutions. Kinda ironic that I've long learnt of all these stuffs...but only now then I really felt it and apply it on gut-level! hahas!
I know that its impossible for me to achieve perfection, but I don't believe in such thing as 'innate', 'unique', and 'unchangeable' character...cause if its causing hurt or unpleasantness to others, then it sure won't be much of a appreciable and respectable character to the majority. LOL. better not! I will change! as in, not change my character (let me keep some of the humor k?>.<) , but carve the sharp and pointy edges of it so as to fit in comfortably along with the others! Must help me k! Correct me! (:
And ya, just wanna apologise to a friend. Sorry for causing you to lose such an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I didn't know that it was just within my reach and control. So near yet so far. Though I'm not as interested as you are in, but ya, after those search for it, i can feel the pain of it. I admit my inability. Sorry...the guilt stays within. Smile (:
Moreover, to all others who I've once hurt/harm/caused unpleasantness...I sincerely apologize! Was obstinate then! 对不起! (: wanna gx lmcb again,for bestowing me with this chance to grow up again...cause I need not withstand a more painful fall in order to learn the similar lessons. 感恩 :)
ANYWAY, personal thoughts aside...went to TH to liaoyuan for XJB this morning...almost overslept. (If not will missed the bus again >.<''' ) Den rushed home to change, and attended Wanching's 21st bday party...where we were late by a bit for the 2.30pm cake-cutting 'ceremony'...den back to TH again, this time for CO. lol.
Will be studying in school library tml! and perhaps for the rest of the coming week.
Btw, C camp coming! Let it be that something to look forward to for this week bahs!
